A credit card is required to reserve your appointment:
Your card will ONLY be charged for a missed appointment, a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, or an existing balance. See our billing FAQs for more information
What to expect after booking:
After scheduling, you’ll receive confirmation and instructions by email. Please complete your intake forms before your first appointment so we can make the most of your time together. If your forms are not complete, we may cancel or reschedule your appointment. See our appointments FAQs for more details.
Need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your appointment confirmation email. You can also call us at 845-363-0153.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before an appointment, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to the applicable cancellation/no-show fee. See our appointments FAQs for more details.
